Leroy and his partner arrived at 9:30am for a 10am. They started at 9:36am and at 10:05am they were paid and I was closing my front door. Absolutely prompt and professional! This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I HIGHLY recommend their carpet cleaning service!

Let me start by saying that Stain X was awesome with communication and completing the cleaning of my upholstery. I was gifted my late grandfathers couch set 6 years ago and with three children it’s seen better days. I was adamant on scotch guarding it but they educated me on the pros and cons. When they arrived I was still drowsy due to medical reasons. They were friendly and professional. I left and came back and was not disappointed. The sofa and loveseat have been brought back to life! I am forever grateful for their services and will be using them for our carpet and mattress cleaning as well.
